I am a Spanish mum living in London with her English husband and two future bilingual children. Well, that's the idea, that they feel as English and Spanish as we do, and that they can enjoy both countries and cultures. And none of this can happen without language. So now that my three year old daughter is starting to learn the alphabet I've been thinking of ways to make it less confusing with the English and Spanish letter sounds. And funnily enough, the other day I bought a few frames from Ikea to start doing a bilingual alphabet pretty much like the Easy Alphabet of bilingual readers. Brilliant idea. I've just discovered your and through you, their website and am completely hooked. Un millón de gracias. This is SO exciting.
